“NMC “Tau-Ken Samruk” JSC invites you to participate in the auction for the sale of a 100% stake in Tau-Ken Temir LLP and a 100% stake in Silicon mining LLP. The auction will take place in Nur-Sultan, Syganak str., 17/10.
Brief description of the Assets:
Tau-Ken Temir LLP was established on December 4, 2013.
Main activity: production of metallurgical silicon, cast iron, steel and ferroalloys; production of other chemical products.
Participants: Industry company - 100%.
Silicon mining LLP was established on December 22, 2008.
Main activity: mining and enrichment of non-metallic ores; research, experimental methodical and experimental design work in the geological industry.
Participants: Industry company - 100%.
