Born in 1976, higher education, in 1997 he graduated from the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industries with a degree in International Economic Relations.
He began his career in 1997 as an accountant in business structures.

2003-2005 chief specialist of the administration of the akim of Zhambyl region; 2005-2011 Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Finance Department of Akimat of Zhambyl region; 2011-2013 Akim of Zhambyl and Kordai districts, 2013-2017 Akim of the city of Taraz.
Since 2017, he has been working as the head of the apparatus of the akim of the Zhambyl region.
