A plant for the production of bottled water and natural juices was opened in Zhambyl region
On the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence, a plant for the production of bottled water and natural juices with an annual production volume of about 1.4 billion tenge was launched in the Zhambyl district of the Almaty region, the press service of the akim of the Almaty region reports.
Nurlan Ertas, akim of Zhambyl region, spoke at the opening of the enterprise:
- First of all, I congratulate everyone on the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan! Opening new production facilities, attracting investments, developing SMEs, creating permanent jobs is one of the most important orders of the Head of State. The Zhambyl region is also actively working in this direction. And today, on the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence, we are launching the AI-RAI OIL LLP plant. This enterprise for the production of clean drinking water, drinks and natural juices will contribute to the economic indicators of our region and provide the population with new jobs, - noted N. Ertas.
As noted, the total cost of the project is 372.1 million tenge. At the first stage, LLP will begin to produce bottled drinking water with a volume of 0.5 to 5 liters. At the second stage, the volume of production will be increased, production of various drinks and juices is envisaged. In total, AI-RAI OIL LLP will produce 15 types of domestic products, and up to 40 jobs will be created. The planned production volume is about 1.4 billion tenge or 12,600 pieces. products per year, which will still be sold to the domestic market.
According to the akimat of the Zhambyl region, the total volume of industrial production for 10 months of 2021 in the region amounted to 15 billion tenge, the index of physical volume - 121.2%. In the sphere of SMEs, 8626 objects operate, which produced goods worth 35 billion tenge, employed 15% of the economically active population or over 14 thousand people, budget revenues amounted to 3.2 billion tenge or 34.5%. The region's economy attracted 20.2 billion tenge of investments with an increase of 5.2% compared to 2020. By the way, by 2025, it is planned to introduce 5 investment projects in the Zhambyl region with a total cost of 22.7 billion tenge and the creation of about 300 new jobs.
